Who ships your order
Every item at Adorn Beauty Collective ships directly from the brand that makes it, from that brand's own warehouse, so shipping times, carriers and costs vary by brand. Items from different brands may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking and shipping charges.
Where we ship
We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses in the United States. We do not offer delivery to addresses outside the United States at this time. Availability can vary by item and supplier, including for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Checkout shows the delivery options and current shipping charges available for your items and address before you pay.

Costs below are what checkout charged for sample orders to New York on September 29 and 30, 2026; checkout always shows the current price for your order and address. Times are the brand's own estimates, not guarantees. Processing and transit times are separate where stated.

Import duties and taxes
If a brand ships an item to you from outside the United States, it is an international shipment. U.S. import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may be charged when the package arrives; they may not be included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are payable by the recipient.
Tracking
When a supplier ships your items with tracking, we email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number for each package.
Damaged, lost or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and photographs as soon as possible. Suppliers set their own reporting windows — Bravo Sierra within 48 hours of delivery, Solawave within 15 days — so the sooner you tell us, the better. We raise every case with the supplier, and the replacement or refund follows the supplier's policy. See our Refund Policy.
Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as you can. If the supplier has not yet dispatched your items we can ask it to cancel; once they have shipped, it becomes a return under the Refund Policy.
