Base and Top Coats

The Nail Perfecter base coat is faintly tinted: one coat smooths ridges, masks spots and discolouration, and leaves a matte surface for colour to sit on. The Light Activated Gel Topcoat cures in natural light rather than under a lamp, hardening the finish while keeping the film flexible. Both are sold separately, or together as a set.
